📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

• Shipping Time: We ship all orders from the UK to the USA via tracked shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Standard Tracked Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• FREE Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).

📍 Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes at this time.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except for the following items:

❌ Food & Perishable Products (e.g., snacks, tea, coffee)

❌ Hygiene & Personal Care Items
